Our website is not targeted at children and orders from minors under the age of 18 must be made with parental consent. We do not accept liability for orders placed and dispatched without the necessary parental consent. Stocking Levels 

In the unlikely event that we do not have the shoe that you have ordered in stock we will cancel your order and refund you accordingly.

We enter our stock levels manually as such if we do not have your preferred shoe in stock we will be sure to let you know as soon as we can and refund you accordingly. 

We, as A Watkinson LTD trading as Watkinsons Shoes reserve the right to cancel orders that have been placed if we do not have the shoe in stock. 

Website Fault and Pricing Entry 

We, as A Watkinson LTD trading as Watkinsons Shoes, reserve the right to cancel orders that are yet to be processed if the price listed on our website is incorrect and does not reflect our in-store shoe pricing. In the unlikely event of this situation you will be refunded your monies and the order will not be placed. Watkinsons cannot be held responsible for this action and have the right to issue a refund and refuse a sale in the likely event of inaccurate pricing on the website.

It is your responsibility to ensure that that you give us an accurate and valid e-mail address and other contact details and tell us of any changes to them, however, we cannot make any assurances about any other user you may meet using the www.watkinsonsshoes.com. Product Descriptions 

In the unlikely event that the product is described incorrectly, we will not issue a refund for return postage. We will only issue a refund for outbound postage. If the product description is not listed clearly EG the description does not describe that the shoe is wide fitting but does not issue any other description we will not refund for postage either outgoing or return postage. 

Faults and Repairs 

In the unlikely event that there is a fault with your shoe. We will only issue a refund if the issue is flagged within 2 months of purchase. If the shoe is faulty within 4 months of purchase we will issue a credit note. If the shoe is flagged to be faulty at any point after 4 months we will not issue any refunds or credit notes.
