We offer free delivery within the UK on all orders over £30.00 (some exclusion apply) on all orders. Next day delivery is available on selected products, which is highlighted upon a colour and size being selected. Orders are normally delivered within 3 - 5 days on standard delivery with Royal Mail.
We will inform you if the product has run out of stock and we will try to order you a pair of shoes to arrive as soon as we can. The disruption to service due to the COVID-19 pandemic may impact the time taken on delivery. We do not take responsibility for the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic upon service. We utilise a 2nd class signed for Royal Mail service, if we see that your parcel has been signed for and delivered but you claim not to have received the parcel we are not liable for this. This is to be sorted through Royal Mail.
All orders placed on the Watkinsons website are distributed from our HQ in the UK. We are working closely with our delivery partners to ensure as smoother a transition period as possible during the early stages of the UK's exit from Europe. Inevitably, there will be some delays to our European deliveries as we all adjust to the new customs paperwork.
Our returns policy is within 30 days of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your product(s) we are happy to provide a refund or exchange within 30 days. If you return your item, unworn with original packaging and tags, after 30 days but within 365 days of purchase you are entitled to exchange or credit note not a refund. You are entitled to return your order to our store to Watkinsons Shoes, 53 Goodramgate, York YO1 7LS or to send to this address via post. Please ensure your product(s) are in original unworn condition and are in the box upon return. You also will need to include your name in the box upon return. A refund will be issued as soon as we receive the item(s).
Please be aware that whilst we do offer free outgoing postage, we do not cover the cost of returning items.
Please note that we cannot take responsibility for something improperly packaged that gets lost or damaged in transit to us, so please take care when choosing how to send your item back to us.
