Delivery and Returns Policies


Please read these Terms carefully before using the Web Site.


By using the Web Site, users signify their assent and agreement to these Terms.

If the user does not agree to these Terms, then he/she may not use the Web Site.

Free UK Delivery on orders over £50 

We offer free delivery on all UK mainland orders. Free delivery takes 3-7 working days. We use Royal Mail™ for all UK deliveries.

Standard items are eligible for return or exchange up to 30 days after the purchase date. You should return your order to us in its original unused condition and packaging along with your completed returns form for a refund or exchange. Please contact if you wish to return your item in person.

We require a proof of purchase in order to proceed with any Refund or Exchange. This is usually an order number provided in your confirmation email upon purchase or a packing note number within your received goods. We will aim to help any customer, however, if the required information is not provided we have the right to refuse a refund or exchange as requested.  All returned items must be as new, unworn and in the original packaging to allow us to resell them.

We cannot accept liability for any goods posted by customers which are lost or damaged in transit. It is the responsibility of the sender to ensure that any parcel is adequately insured and the correct postage paid. 

This does not affect your statutory rights.

No returns will be accepted after the specified returns period. Please take care to fully inspect your items to ensure you are happy with them before disposing of packaging as failure to do so may result in us being unable to refund you. We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card/bank account. Any items returned without a returns form or order number may not be refunded.


We aim to process your refund on the day of receipt of your returned goods. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Funds may take up to a further 14 working days to appear in your account

Return your shoes with your receipt, where we will be delighted to help.

Please note that PayPal purchases cannot be refunded in store. Purchases made using PayPal can only be refunded centrally, however, we can still accept the return at the store who will organise the PayPal refund with our central customer service team. 

Returning your item for an exchange?

You can always exchange any of our products, all we ask is that the footwear has not be worn and is in a re-sellable condition. To do so, send the item along with the completed returns slip back to us at the address on the form. We ask for 10 working days to complete exchanges, however, we are often a little quicker than this. We will then promptly have your exchanged item sent to you.
